It does not govern third-party sites or services we link to; their policies apply there.

  • Billing name and address, GSTIN where collected
  • Transaction references and invoices
  • Payment credentials are processed by payment partners (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe); we do not store full card numbers

  • Messages with advisors, support, or career managers
  • Emails, forms, and in-app activity related to applications

5. Legal bases (India and global users)

Where the DPDPA applies, we rely on grounds such as: your consent (where required), legitimate uses for specified purposes, and compliance with law. For contractual Services, processing may be necessary to perform our agreement with you. You may withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g. certain marketing) subject to legal exceptions.

If you are in other jurisdictions (e.g. EEA), we also aim to respect applicable rights such as under the GDPR, including where data is transferred with appropriate safeguards.

6. Cookies

7. Sharing of information

9. Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting under Indian law), and dispute resolution. Typical ranges: account data for the life of the relationship plus a limited period thereafter; billing records as required by law; logs on a rolling basis. You may request erasure subject to exceptions.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating, or erasure of your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; and receive a portable copy where feasible. 11. Cross-border transfers

Data may be processed in India and, where we use global cloud or tool providers, in other countries. Where the DPDPA applies, we will comply with rules for transfers outside India (including notified territories or approved mechanisms as the law evolves).

12. Children's privacy

Services are intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a minor's data was provided in error.

13. Marketing preferences

With your consent or as permitted by law, we may send product updates or promotional messages. You may opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or by emailing privacy@withsygnific.com.

14. Breach notification

If we become aware of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will take remedial steps and notify affected users and authorities as required by applicable law, including DPDPA timelines where they apply.

15. Third-party links

Our Platform may link to LinkedIn, payment pages, or other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices—review their policies before sharing data.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
