Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully before accessing or using any websites, applications, products, or services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Westyre Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Sygnific," "we," "us," or "our"). The brand under which we offer the Services is Sygnific. By accessing or using the Services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, platform, subscription or engagement plans, and all associated Services. By subscribing, registering, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any plan-specific or order-specific agreements executed electronically or in writing.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • Client / User / Candidate: An individual who purchases or uses Sygnific's Services for job search, outreach, or placement support.
  • Employer / Partner: A company, recruiter, or hiring organization that collaborates with us to hire candidates.
  • Subscription / plan fee: Recurring or periodic payment for access to ongoing Services (e.g. Essential, Advanced, Premium), as described on our website or in your order.
  • Success fee: If and only as specified in your plan or separate written agreement, a fee tied to verified employment outcomes (percentage or fixed), calculated as stated in that agreement.
  • Placement: When a Client accepts a written job offer (including email or letter of offer) in connection with our Services, subject to any exclusions stated in your agreement.
  • Platform: The Sygnific digital interface, dashboard, or communication system used to deliver Services.

3. Scope of services

We provide career management, recruiter outreach, and job-search support, which may include:

  • Personalised career management and job-search strategy
  • Resume, LinkedIn, and profile optimisation
  • Recruiter and employer outreach
  • Application tracking and follow-up management
  • Interview preparation and offer negotiation support
  • Guidance on work authorisation and mobility where applicable (we are not a law firm; seek independent legal advice where required)

We are not your employer. You remain responsible for verifying employment terms with any third-party company and for compliance with applicable labour, tax, and immigration laws.

4. Plans, payments, and success fees

4.1 Plan options

Paid tiers (e.g. Essential, Advanced, Premium), billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, team), and any success-fee or instalment terms are described on our website and confirmed in your checkout, invoice, or signed agreement.

4.2 Fees

Fees are due as stated in your plan. Unless otherwise specified, amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST) which may be charged additionally as required by Indian law. By purchasing, you authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.

4.3 Success fees

If your plan or agreement includes a success fee, it becomes due as defined in that document (e.g. upon offer acceptance), based on components of compensation stated there (typically base salary unless otherwise agreed).

4.4 Payment processors

We use secure third-party processors (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe, or others). Card and UPI data are handled according to their standards; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and complete personal, academic, and professional information.
  • Promptly inform us of job offers, interviews, or employer communications that relate to our Services.
  • Not circumvent fee obligations by bypassing introductions or outreach we manage, where your agreement provides otherwise.
  • Comply with applicable laws, including disclosure of work authorisation where relevant.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary templates, databases, and recruiter lists we share with you.

6. Duration and termination

Subscription periods renew as stated in your plan unless cancelled in the manner we specify (e.g. dashboard or written notice) before renewal. Fees for the current billing period may be non-refundable except as stated in Section 7 or under applicable law. If a placement or success-fee event occurs within any post-cancellation window defined in your agreement, those terms continue to apply.

We may suspend or terminate for failed payment, fraud, abuse, or material breach, and may pursue lawful remedies for unpaid amounts.

7. Refunds and credits

Refund eligibility depends on your plan terms and applicable consumer or commercial law in India. Where we offer discretionary refunds, they may be pro-rated and subject to administrative costs. Requests should be sent to hello@withsygnific.com with supporting details. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Confidentiality and non-circumvention

Both parties will protect confidential materials. Misuse or circumvention of fee obligations where contractually prohibited may result in termination and pursuit of contractual or legal remedies available under Indian law.

9. Intellectual property

Materials, processes, templates, website content, and branding are owned by Westyre Private Limited or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws in India and elsewhere. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for your personal career purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We are not an employer, law firm, or immigration consultant. We do not guarantee a job offer, salary, or timeline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Services may be capped as permitted by law and, where allowed, to fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.

11. Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) where applicable.

12. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in English, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief or matters not subject to arbitration, as permitted by law.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, outages, or third-party service failures.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. The current version is always posted on this page.
